Molly initiated beach boot camp in Westport to help people stay on track while they are on vacation, and provide an outdoor alternative to fitness for local residents.

When you arrive, be ready for the workout of your life! Beach boot camp workouts change from day to day, and include stretching and warm up, sand jogging, calisthenics, dune climbing, pushups, ab workouts and more. Every exercise can be modified to your level whether you're a fitness guru or a beginner.

Bring running shoes, water, a towel and a positive attitude, and we will provide the rest. The boot camp class is friendly, encouraging, welcoming and refreshing. See you at the beach!
